Stopline Introduces Enhanced Whistleblower Reporting System

Stopline is pleased to unveil its latest initiative aimed at revolutionising anonymous whistleblower reporting. Leveraging over 23 years of expertise in whistleblower management, we have developed a state-of-the-art case management system designed to enhance the reporting experience.

"Since 2001, Stopline has been dedicated to advancing whistleblower disclosure methods. Our new platform redefines safety, confidentiality, and anonymity in reporting workplace concerns."

Currently undergoing testing, the new whistleblower reporting platform is slated for an initial pilot release in August 2024. Working closely with select clients, we will conduct a pilot program to gather feedback and refine the platform ahead of its official launch later this year.

Key features of the enhanced platform include:

·       Dashboard Statistics: Real-time insights into active cases, unread messages, and detailed statistical breakdowns by case category.

·       Enhanced Security: Utilisation of Microsoft Azure and mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to fortify access controls.

·       Customized Portals: Unique QR code access for personalised user portals.

·       Role-Based Permissions: Flexible creation of multiple permission-based roles tailored to meet diverse business needs.

·       Case Management Tools: Empowerment of case managers with tools for team management and personalised messaging services.

·       Tagging and Search Functions: New tagging functionality for easier identification of common reporting themes, alongside improved search capabilities.

·       Nested Groups: Capability for large organisations to manage teams across business units and regions.

·       Guest Accounts: Whistleblowers can create guest accounts to communicate securely with the Whistleblower Protection Officer (WPO) and/or Whistleblower Investigation Officer (WIO).

·       Customisable Case Categories: Tailored management of case categories to align with specific client reporting requirements.

·       Educational Resources: On-demand access to resources, learning guides, and news updates.

·       Audit Logging: Transparent audit logging and event searching capabilities for comprehensive case management.

"We are committed to ensuring the utmost security and effectiveness of our whistleblower reporting system. This platform represents a significant step forward in safeguarding workplace integrity and transparency."
