Stopline policies and procedures ensure that all our employees, contractors and other stakeholders act with professionalism and courtesy in the workplace. These policies deliver a clear message that where a breach of policy or code of conduct is identified, their action will result in the management of the person/s with consequences. A consequence may be any disciplinary action from the lesser, more supportive actions such as provision of further training to educate the person through to the more extreme action such as immediate dismissal with reporting to law enforcement, if required.
